Gardening / weeding

NVCA volunteers look after the Little Park on Church St in Newchurch and we always need people to weed it and generally keep it tidy. We also look after the flower beds on the green outside the Boars Head pub which also needs similar attention.

About Newchurch Village Community Association

NVCA is a volunteer run charity which aims to make the Newchurch area a nicer place to live by looking after our little park and our flower beds, also by hosting a few events each year each of which takes several volunteer hours, and also by helping with other local events / projects.

What skills do I need?

Weeding, tidying, general gardening skills.

Details

Our gardens and flower beds need regular attention, so there is no particular time set aside for this, it's just as and when volunteers can fit it in.
