Information and Guidance Volunteers

Citizens Advice East Lancashire

After a training programme with a mixture of theory and practical, the volunteer will help clients with information and giving guidance to help them reach a solution.

What skills do I need?

IT Skills, maths and English. Interest in others and a willingness to help.

We operate drop -in services at our 4 offices and around East Lancashire, we have a service open in at least one of our areas each week day morning. We operate a drop in service and when needed we arrange a call back or an in person appointment for further advice
