BPRCVS
Communicars is a community transport service operated by BPRCVS. The service uses volunteer drivers and their own cars to transport passengers. Communicars transports the elderly, disabled and infirm who are unable to access public transport.
Communicars passengers use the service for a wide range of journeys. Here's some of the most common journeys we do on a regular basis:
- Doctor and dental appointments
- Attending local groups & activities
- Shopping trips & into town
- Lunch clubs
- Visiting family and friends
- Collecting pensions
And much more.
BPRCVS provides as range of support to VCFSE groups and organisations as well as various projects supporting local residents.
