Social Connecting Volunteer

BPRCVS

Providing support to people who are identified in a range of locations including GP practices; linking them to activities and opportunities within the VCF (voluntary community and faith) sector to address their non medical needs. Working to build confidence in activities such as shopping, using public transport or attending appointments. It could also include support to access groups that may be available locally or online or to get involved in physical activity. It could also include shadowing intial assessments or offering digital support.

About BPRCVS

BPRCVS provides as range of support to VCFSE groups and organisations as well as various projects supporting local residents.
